You can find the estimated production time on each product\u2019s dedicated page. If you need the piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure it\u2019s feasible. Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to changes or delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How is the product delivered, and what is the shipping cost? <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Delivery is handled by express courier, with a shipping cost of 20 RON within covered areas. An additional fee applies for extra kilometers, but the total shipping cost will be communicated to you in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it was not a custom order and has no personalized elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if I chose the wrong ring size?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

 Most rings can be slightly adjusted. In such cases, we offer free resizing, but the customer covers the shipping costs. The adjustment process takes 7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I purchase gold or silver jewelry through the exchange? <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, no. After melting, the metal must undergo a refining process to ensure its quality, which requires highly specialized equipment that is rarely available in Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes! Share your ideas with us, and we\u2019ll bring them to life. However, we do not reproduce designs from photos or copy other artists\u2019 work. If you see a piece you like on another site, we recommend purchasing it there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 A non-refundable deposit of at least 40% of the total cost is required before production begins, paid via bank transfer based on the issued invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
