How long does it take to make a piece of jewelry?
All jewelry is handmade to order, meaning each piece is unique and crafted specifically for you. Production time varies depending on the complexity of the piece. You can find the estimated production time on each product’s dedicated page. If you need the piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure it’s feasible. Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to changes or delays.
How is the product delivered, and what is the shipping cost?
Delivery is handled by express courier, with a shipping cost of 20 RON within covered areas. An additional fee applies for extra kilometers, but the total shipping cost will be communicated to you in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments on the website or bank transfers.
Do the products come with certificates of authenticity and warranty?
Yes.
Are the jewelry pieces hallmarked?
Yes, all jewelry is analyzed by ANPC (Precious Metals Department) and marked with the corresponding state mark for each piece’s purity. They also bear the jeweler’s responsibility mark.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it was not a custom order and has no personalized elements.
What if I chose the wrong ring size?
Most rings can be slightly adjusted. In such cases, we offer free resizing, but the customer covers the shipping costs. The adjustment process takes 7 business days.
Can I purchase gold or silver jewelry through the exchange?
Unfortunately, no. After melting, the metal must undergo a refining process to ensure its quality, which requires highly specialized equipment that is rarely available in Romania.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes! Share your ideas with us, and we’ll bring them to life. However, we do not reproduce designs from photos or copy other artists’ work. If you see a piece you like on another site, we recommend purchasing it there.
How long does it take to make custom jewelry?
Depending on complexity, production time can range from 3 to 5 weeks. This is determined after finalizing the design.
How do I pay for custom jewelry?
A non-refundable deposit of at least 40% of the total cost is required before production begins, paid via bank transfer based on the issued invoice.
Can custom jewelry be returned?
No, according to regulations, custom jewelry cannot be returned.
What is custom jewelry?

For rings, measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits you using a ruler (wall to wall). For bangle bracelets, measure your hand’s circumference or the inner diameter of a bracelet that fits comfortably..
How long does it take to make a pair of wedding rings, and what deposit is required?
Wedding rings take 15 business days to craft. A 50% deposit is required before we begin work..
