Asta inseamna ca fiecare piesa este unica si facuta special pentru tine. Timpul de executie variaza in functie de complexitatea piesei. Poti vedea timpul de executie in pagina dedicate fiecarei bijuterii in parte. Daca iti doresti o piesa pentru o anumita data, contacteaza-ne inainte de a comada pentru a te asigura ca acest lucru este poosibil. Termenul de livrare este aproximativ si poate fi subiectul unor modificari sau intarzieri.

DELIVERY
www.mihailjewellery.com expediază comenzile plasate în shop-ul online prin intermediul Fan Curier in zonele de acoperire nationala, costul transportului fiind de 30 lei in localitatile de acoperire. In afara lor, se percepe o taxa suplimentara pentru fiecare km suplimentar. Clientul va fi informat in prealabil de costul total al livrarii.
RETURNS
The return policy for products purchased from www.mihailjewellery.com complies with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, as well as amendments to normative acts and Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees.
Purchased products may be returned only in their original packaging, unused, unworn, undamaged, and with no missing elements. They must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and certificates of authenticity issued by www.mihailjewellery.com , within 14 calendar days of receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to contact@mihailjewellery.com to receive return instructions.
www.mihailjewellery.com will refund the value of returned products within 15 business days of receipt via bank transfer. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns must be made using the same courier service that delivered the order. The refund will cover the product value minus the shipping fee.
Custom orders are non-refundable, in accordance with OUG 34/2014, Art. 16, letter c.
Custom orders include products made to the customer’s specifications, such as wedding bands, engagement rings, or any existing product adapted to specific requests, as well as original creations based on the customer’s ideas.
WARRANTY
Jewelry sold through www.mihailjewellery.com comes with a warranty certificate confirming that it meets quality standards in compliance with current legal norms.
The warranty period for precious metal jewelry is 2 years for any non-conformity existing at the time of sale.
Jewelry presented on www.mihailjewellery.com and made from precious metals is marked with: the jeweler’s responsibility mark, the purity mark (925 for silver, 585/750 for gold, 950 for platinum), the state mark applied by the National Authority for Consumer Protection – Precious Metals, Gemstones, and Kimberley Process Division (DMPPPPK).
In some cases, the mark may not be applied due to the jewelry’s design, but all pieces are analyzed by ANPC.
